New Homes in Tampa Bay Florida

Looking to retire? Thinking of buying a second home? Relocating to the Tampa Bay area? If you are, you will have the decision to make, “Should I take advantage of the low prices due to foreclosures & short sales and buy a resale home?” or “Should I buy a new home?”

You are bound to find out, it has a lot to do with where you want to live. If you want to be close to the Gulf of Mexico within 20 minutes, your choice most likely will be a resale home. Pinellas county lines the Gulf Coast with 37 miles of sandy beaches. Beach condos have their higher price tags. Most of southern Pinellas was built in the 50’s-70’s. Northern Pinellas was built in the 70’s-90’s. There are a few subdivisions built in the 2000’s, however they hold a higher price tag.
